BRACHLANDPASSAGEN (2023)
5 channel audio/video installation
For my final master’s project for my studies at ZHdK Zurich, I realized a 5-channel video and audio installation. It consists of five projectors, five canvases, five loudspeakers, edited found footage video sequences, sound design, music, texts in form of subtitles and a Max patch that plays and organizes the video, audio and text sequences. This patch randomizes the order in which the video and text content is being displayed and decides if we hear sound design, music or both while video sequences are displayed. The video footage consists of digitalized super 8 films from a private estate. Sound design and music are originally created for this work.
